We are looking for a Product Manager who loves clear goals, helping customers, hitting targets, and wants to make a big impact at a growing firm!
What you’ll do
Our new Associate Product Manager will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify the true customer needs, clearly define the business objectives a product or feature will fulfill, articulate what success looks like for a product, communicate this with the product owner and be able to influence a team around hitting objectives.
Associate Product Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to understand and represent customer/user needs
- Calling customers and prospects across all product lines to capture input
- Supporting other Project Managers in their roles managing product lines
- Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses
- Working with Marketing to help define the marketing plans for the products across the product line
- Supporting the Customer Facing teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) by providing product information, training and demos
- Working closely with alpha, beta, and early adopter customers for valuable feedback
- Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
- Work closely with Product Owners to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
Associate Product Manager Qualifications / Skills:
- Previous working experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment for 2 years
- Previous experience with a Product-Analytics application
- Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- High level of comfort with technology and its development
- Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience with Pendo and Monday.com will be beneficial
