Who we are

SecūrSpace, a business unit of Envase Technologies, is currently looking for a Technical Support professional to join our team.

The SecūrSpace marketplace consists of locations across the country that make extra yard space at their facilities available (i.e., Partners) for truckers and shippers to park and store trucks, trailers, and shipping containers (i.e., Customers). In other words, we could be described as “Airbnb for Freight Equipment.” Our network currently spans hundreds of locations across the country, from warehouses and trucking terminals to port facilities and containers depots. Since the platform’s launch in 2018, we have processed nearly 100,000 bookings.

As technical support on the SecūrSpace team, you will: 

  • Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system-related concerns from clients or other employees
  • Attend meetings with clients or other employees to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose problems
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
  • Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
  • Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage
  • Maintain a working log detailed all required system updates, as well as the date of completion


We are looking for technical support with:

  • Industry-specific certification in relevant computer languages or software may be required 
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge of a companies’ products and services 
  • Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software in addition to other remote access desktop programs 
  • Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS 
  • Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution 
  • Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients 
  • Experience in querying databases 
  • Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT services
