We are fueled by people.

Every day, we come into work looking for a way to improve the lives of people in our industry. Whether it be our customers or people we haven’t had the pleasure of meeting yet, our purpose is to support, guide, and empower individuals in our industry to succeed, not only in business, but in life.

One of the biggest motivators for this is the incredible community of people that surround us. Since Envase became a remote workforce after the pandemic, we’ve grown to understand that the concept of community looks different when you see each other only through a screen. It takes a different kind of effort to feel connected when you only meet in person twice a year. Despite the barriers a virtual work environment may place on cultivating community in the traditional sense, a strong sense of community is just as important, if not more, to being a part of a remote workforce.

Inspired by our employees, we started a company initiative in 2022 dedicated to strengthening and supporting our community in ways that go beyond what we can do in a work day.

Our first program kicked off in January 2022: “Envase Gives Back”

The Envase Gives Back Campaign

As a team, we are united by our drive to help others.

As a company, we know that this drive isn’t limited by the hours of the working day.

As an industry and community, we have been hit hard by the shockwaves of the last two years.

So in January of this year, our culture committee started the “Envase Gives Back” campaign. We committed to donating $500 to one charity each month, all of which are nominated by anonymously by our team.

By learning about and supporting the causes important to our team, we’ve been able to strengthen our culture of human connection in a time of distance and uncertainty.

Our 2022 Causes

These are the nonprofits and programs we have been able to support thus far. Read on to learn more about each one, and visit their websites to see how you can support as well!
